With Spring in the air our Cubs looked to complete the naturalist badge. Taking full advantage of the park the Cubs completed a nature spring hunt and a piece of art made entirely from natural items found in the park.
Cubs had a go at communicating in different ways today. The well-known game of Captain's Coming was adapted to no less than three languages. This was followed by an introduction to semaphore Followed by some practice in the park: And finally, some speed chit-chat to get to know those less familiar Cubs:
Who says that Cubs don't eat fruit and vegetables? In fact, our Cubs made four delicious salads practicing their knife, hygiene, eating and washing up skills. A big thank you to everyone who helped out.
