1st Ealing North News

1st Ealing North Scouts held their third community day in Montpelier Park taking advantage of some welcome spring sunshine. Several hundred people joined the Beavers, Cubs and Scouts for an afternoon of fun, games and cake! With two bouncy castles, lemonade made by the Cubs, a well stocked cakes stall, games hosted by the Scouts, hot dogs, samosas, coconut shy, candy floss not forgetting the amazing obstacle course there was plenty of fun for everyone. Thank you to everyone who helped and those attending. From knots to lashings, from making rope to making tripods, Our Cubs have been getting their Pioneering skills up to scratch. They key is practice, do encourage your Cub to  practice their knots at home. 

  Cubs have been practising communicating in different ways and emailed Akela to tell him what they did on their last camp or over the Easter holidays
