It's the school holidays so that must mean it's time for Camporee! Cubs from all the groups around Ealing & Hanwell gathered at Walter Davies Camp Site at Stoke Poges for two and a half days of having fun and making new friends. The  things year was Space - To Infinity And Beyond! (no copyright was breached!) Just like our normal pack meetings, we began with an energetic Grand Howl Followed by some laser tag A snack of some zingy Jamaican ginger cake Followed by water propelled plastic bottle rockets With a bit of spare time before dinner to enjoy the adventure playground After a tasty dinner of sausage and mash, the Cubs formed teams to play a space-themed version of Family Fortunes. Despite all the activities the Chinese still had plenty of energy, so bedtime was a bit of a dream out affair! Monday morning began with a hearty fry up Which sustained Cubs through a busy day's...
