On Saturday, the Patrol Leaders, Assistant Patrol Leaders, as well as some soon-to-be leaders, came to 1EN HQ for a day of leadership and skill training.
Despite the wet start to the morning, we burned some energy outside and then played a dry but extremely competitive game of battleships via walkie-talkies. We then got down to business, diving into a selection of activities and training aimed at building leadership skills.
After lunch, we worked on more practical skills like knots and tent pitching. Finally, to wrap up the day, we built some fires and roasted some marshmallows. A great end to a jam-packed day!
