We learnt about international scouting in the morning and learnt about the major events in the world scouting community.
We then set off for a hike to Gfellalp hut, which took 4-5 hours to climb up the mountain. We walked through a cattle field with free range cows and across multiple bridges across a fast flowing torrent of water. When we got to the hut we were greeted by Lukas, a Pinkie from Sweden.
There are three huts, one main one for the boys, a smaller one for the girls and one for the leaders. We had lentil bolognaise for dinner and stayed up to stargaze in the evening.
