We started the day at the chocolate factory where we learnt about the history of chocolate. Then after that we were able to sample some of the chocolate and watch machines making it. Then after the tour we were able to buy some.
From the chocolate factory we went by coach to the cheese factory. We were given cheese samples and an audio guide before learning the process of how cheese is made and the different types of cheeses.
After the tour we were able to get some souvenirs at the cheese gift shop. We had lunch and then went to Kandersteg. It was very rainy, but we still managed to get an hour in the village. Some people played giant chess.
We got the bus back to camp. When we got back there were puddles everywhere but luckily no one's tent had leaked.
