We came together to celebrate an incredible milestone: Martin's 30 years of service. For three decades, he has been a constant source of energy, kindness and encouragement, helping generations of young people take their first steps in Scouting.
Martin has introduced young people to Scouting through a variety of activities mixing traditional and modern elements of Scouting and influencing many generations in Ealing.
The celebration was filled with smiles, stories, familiar faces of volunteers who've been involved with the group over the years and well-deserved thanks — a reminder of just how much difference one dedicated volunteer can make.
Thirty years of service is no small achievement, and we are hugely grateful to Martin for the time, care and enthusiasm given so freely. Here’s to an amazing journey so far, and to the lasting legacy left with every Beaver who’s been part of it.
