Cubs started preparing for the Remembrance Day parade by making poppies from hands prints and finding out about the bleuet de France or blue cornflower, the French symbol for Armistice Day.
They practiced their standing at ease and to attention as well as marching and synchronising their steps with their fellow Cubs.
The session was rounded off with Cubs developing their local knowledge.
